*John Ahrens named Associate Director, Matt Vosmeier named Associate Director and Program Director for Crowe Academy, August 2001. Janet Degler appointed Administrative Assistant, October 2001.

*Symposium Series continues: November 2001: "Expert, Advocate, or Critic? The Scientist as Citizen in the 21st Century;" March 2002: "Have We Killed Homer? The Liberal Arts in American Society."
