Freud's Civilization and Its Discontents

The third annual CFI Faculty Colloquium will take place January 18-20,
2002 at the Seelbach in Louisville. Entitled Freud's Civilization
and Its Discontents, it will be led by Skip Dine Young from the
Department of Psychology and will address some of the enduring questions
raised by Freud's analysis of society. Participants will be provided with
a copy of Civilization and Its Discontents and will be expected
to read the book prior to the first session.
