Crowe Academy Celebrates the 200th Anniversary of the Lewis and Clark Expedition June 22, 23, 24, 2001 Location: Hanover College Campus The summer 2001 Crowe Academy presentation will be a celebration of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. All registrants will receive the book: Undaunted Courage : Meriwether Lewis, Thomas Jefferson, and the Opening of the American West, by Stephen E. Ambrose, and there will be ample time during the three-day academy to discuss this book with other registrants, guest speakers, and selected Hanover College faculty. The book will be sent to you immediately after your registration is paid in full. We recommend that you allow yourself about 2 months to read and enjoy this book before attending Crowe Academy. Other activities will include lectures by renowned Lewis and Clark scholars, hikes, bus tours, movies, great food, and much more. There will be time to visit nearby Madison, IN for golf, antique shopping, and museum excursions. If you need more information, call 812-866-6848 or email cfi@hanover.edu. This exciting celebration will begin on Friday, June 22, 2001 around 1:00 p.m. and continue through Sunday, June 24, 2001. We are happy to announce that the cost of this year's Crowe Academy will remain $230.00 ($45 per day for commuters) for each person.
